When will I be subject to a levy?
At CAPS ME, we offer quarterly subscriptions, which means you receive your products every 3 monthsand you are debited at the same frequency. For example, if you create a subscription on March 8, the first payment will be taken on March 8 (corresponding to the payment of your order), and the second payment will be taken on June 8.
Can I change the quantity of my subscription?
Absolutely, you can modify your subscription at any time by accessing your customer area. To ensure that changes are taken into account, we recommend that you make them between 1 and 2 weeks before the due date of your next delivery.
