What's more, our coffees are roasted in Strasbourg, France.
Delivery and returns
Free delivery in mainland France for orders over €50, optional extras:
- Delivery to Mondial Relay pick-up points (select after payment) - 3-4 working days
- Home delivery - 2 to 3 working days - Colis Privé
- Fast delivery - 2-3 working days - Colissimo Domicile without signature
- Express delivery - 1-2 working days - Chronopost
Return policy :
- Satisfied or your money back guarantee valid for 30 days from date of delivery.
- A deduction of 8€ is made on returns for refunds. This charge corresponds to a contribution towards logistical costs.

Yes, our reusable capsules are perfectly compatible with all Dolce Gusto® models, including the Piccolo and Genio versions.
They are designed to be used without risking damage to your machine.

How can I use the coffee canister with filling mechanism for capsules compatible with Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® machines?
Simply place the capsule in the mechanism, slide the capsule to add and pack the coffee, then seal the capsule with the reusable silicone lid.
This system ensures clean, precise filling, optimizing coffee extraction.
