Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, absolutely. There’s no commitment. You can cancel, change, or postpone your subscription through your account at any time, free of charge and without having to provide a reason.
How does the 10% discount work?
The 10% discount is automatically applied to every subscription order and remains valid for the entire duration of your subscription, with no time limit.
Can I change the delivery frequency?
Yes. From your customer account, you can change the interval between deliveries from 1 month to 2 or 3 months, and vice versa. You can also postpone a delivery on an ad hoc basis.

Are these capsules compatible with my machine?
Our stainless steel capsules are designed to work with Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® Original machines* Excluding the NEO® range *
They are not compatible with systems that use a different capsule format (size, hole, pressure). To avoid any mistakes, please make sure your machine is set to the Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® Original* system (not NEO®*).
These capsules are not compatible with Nespresso® Original®*,Nespresso Vertuo®*, Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® NEO®* , or Senseo® machines .
How do you clean them after use?
Automatic capsule ejector: Your Dolce Gusto® capsules have a small spring-loaded button underneath. Press it, and the coffee grounds pop right out in one easy step! 👌
Then there are two options:
Refill directly for another cup of coffee
Rinse quickly under a gentle stream of water, then let air dry
The silicone lid? It's just as easy to rinse off with water. Reusable many times over!
No dishwasher needed—everything is designed to be quick and easy for everyday use. In just 30 seconds, under running water, your capsule is ready for your next cup of coffee! ☕
