Return policy :
Satisfied or your money back guarantee valid for 30 days from date of delivery.
For Christmas, orders placed between November 25 and December 31 can be returned until January 15.
A deduction of 8€ is made on returns for refunds. This charge corresponds to a contribution towards logistical costs.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. These charges, determined by the customs authorities of the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order.

If you bought your machine after 2010, we guarantee that it is compatible with our reusable capsules.

Do capsules damage my machine?
The answer is no.
We've made sure that our reusable capsules won't damage your Nespresso® coffee machine in any way.
Our capsules are pre-drilled, so your machine's needles won't strain when you extract the coffee.
Is it compatible with Tassimo and Vertuo machines? ?
Not yet...
Today, our system is not compatible with these capsule models.
However, we are thinking about developing a kit for these machines. You'll just have to wait a little longer!
